Inquiries are not contracts

Submitting an inquiry or contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a service agreement or obligate you to purchase anything. Any engagement for services happens through a separate, written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, and timeline for your project.

Agency services

When you engage Jadwyn Media for services, the following applies unless your written agreement says otherwise:

• Scope and fees are defined in your agreement. Work outside that scope may require a change order.
• Recurring services, such as monthly management, continue until either party ends them with the notice defined in your agreement.
• Timelines are estimates based on timely input from you. Delays in receiving access, assets, or approvals may shift delivery dates.
• You retain ownership of your brand and business information. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and tools.
• Marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Search engines, ad platforms, and AI tools control their own results, and no provider can promise a specific ranking, placement, or return.

Self-serve purchases

Some services, such as the Google Business Profile Refresh, can be purchased directly through the site. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. After payment you receive a setup guide to share access and provide business details. The service begins once the required access and information are received.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your portal account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. When you grant us access to a third-party platform such as Google Business Profile, you are responsible for having the authority to grant that access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jadwyn Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
